During the sessions, players will receive instruction in a low-pressure environment. There are minimal scrimmages during training and the focus is on the individual player. All players are accepted into the program and there are no try-outs for this program. NJ Crush FC is a Girls Only program at this time.

Each player will need the following for every session:

• Size 3 soccer ball
• Cleats are recommended but sneakers are fine too.
• Water
• Black shorts
• Black socks

This WINTER we will again be offering a program for ALL 2014, and 2015 girls. The program will be offered on Sunday's.

2015 - 10:00am to 10:45am

2014 - 10:45am to 11:30am

Jan: 10,17,24,31

Feb: 7,14,21,28

March: 7,14

Cost for Lil Crushers:

$160 for the Fall season

$260 (paid in full) for 3 seasons.
